Description
Brut Nature represents our puristic Sekt without dosage. This requires a high quality base wine, and we only the best 50% of the must. The Sekt was produced according to the traditional method and aged on the lees for 36 months. In the nose there are pronounced aromas of red berries; red currant and red pepper. Extremely fine mousse, refreshingly dry and elegant.

Due to its dry style and versatility, this brut nature is ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to tapas and small appetizers such as dry-cured ham, chickpea salad, liver sausage, and vegetable chips from parsnip, carrot and celery. Also a good companion to traditional South Tyrolean Törggelen served with bacon and sweet chestnuts.
