Description
Aroma of yellow apples, vanilla and softly roasted hazelnuts. The yellow fruit impression continues onto the palate, the wine has soft acidity, a compact and dense structure and has a creamy texture through its extended lees aging; supple and full-bodied on the palate. Thus the subtle toasted oak aromas are perfectly integrated. Very long on the palate with ripe fruity and smoky notes. Good cellaring potential for up to 10 years.

Through the harmonious dry body and its muscular body, this wine can quite easily be paired with rich dishes. Therefore, it is best enjoyed with recipes that contain butter and cream, such as pork or chicken with creamy sauces, cheese noodles, cheese dumplings, spinach ravioli. Crab and lobster are also a treat with this Chardonnay.
