After several hand-selection sessions in the vineyard, we harvested the drapes with a ripeness of 19.5 KMW. Light golden yellow, intense Veltliner nose of white pepper, well balanced on the palate. It is a wine with substance and future, suitable for strong dishes but also for Asian dishes.Fact sheet

This is the original Kremser Sandgrube which was first documented in the year 1214. The original “Ried“ (vineyard) is not to be confused with the larger communal site, nor the Kremser Sandgrube brand.
